Manage periodic reviews

To help maintain a secure and uninterrupted service for your business, Checkout.com conducts periodic reviews to ensure the information we hold about you is accurate and complies with regulatory requirements.
When your business is due for a periodic review, Checkout.com sends an email to Dashboard users with the Account Owner and Admin pre-defined roles. The email contains a link to the Dashboard where you can review the following business details and update them if necessary:
- Your business's legal and contact details.
- Your business's key stakeholder details. For example, the authorized signatory and ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs).
Once you've completed the review, you must declare that the information you provided is accurate. This triggers an internal review of the details you submitted.

Your processing capabilities are not affected while the internal review is in progress.
You have 90 days to complete your periodic review from the date we send the first email notification. During this time, we may send reminder emails if you have not completed your periodic review.
You must complete your periodic review by the due date to ensure regulatory compliance. If you do not, we may restrict your processing capabilities or suspend services.
Information
To view and complete a periodic review for your business, you must be an authorized signatory.
To complete a periodic review, open the link in the email Checkout.com sent you to access the Account actions required page in the Dashboard:
- Select Business information > Review.
- Review the existing business details displayed in Information to review.
- If there are any outdated details, select Edit in the relevant section and update the information.
Once you've reviewed and updated all of the required details, return to the Business information page to submit your declaration:
- In the Declaration section, select Confirm to confirm that the information is accurate.
- When the Action resolved pop-up appears, select OK.
We perform an internal review of the business details you submit and send you an email with the outcome. If you have outstanding actions for your business's periodic review, you can also access the Account actions required page directly from the Dashboard:
- Sign in to the Dashboard.
- In the business entity selector, select the entity you want to complete the periodic review for.
- Open the Business overview page.
- Select Account actions required > Business information > Review.
